Gluten Free Pizza

A gluten free pizza crust that is sturdy enough to pick up. Makes 6 servings.

  • 2 cups Cream of Rice® Hot Cereal
  • 4 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease pizza stone, pan or baking sheet.
  • Combine Cream of Rice, 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and salt. Stir in eggs and water until blended. Let rest 10 minutes.
  • Press Cream of Rice mixture into a 13-inch circle, making the edges slightly thicker.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • Spread sauce over crust then top with mozzarella and remaining tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
