Variety Instant The same great taste and smooth texture as our Original cook-on-stove varieties, but with the added convenience of single-serve packets. The instant variety can be easily prepared in the microwave or by adding hot water to your bowl.

Whole Grain 2 1/2 Minute Cream of Wheat Whole Grain 2 ½ Minute Enriched Farina is made with whole grains and has a smooth texture. The traditional cook-on-stove product is prepared by boiling water or milk and slowly pouring in the ground wheat while stirring. This variety simmers while stirring for 2 ½ minutes after the ground wheat is blended. This product may also be cooked using a microwave oven for faster and easier preparation.

Both not only taste great but also offer all the same nutritional benefits of the rest of the Cream of Wheat line; they are all an excellent source of Calcium and Iron plus 6 other essential vitamins.
